Abstract: Research on Recidivism Offence and Relapse of the Drug Users in the Responsible Area of the Narcotics Control Office Region 5. The objective is to explore and analyze the influence of external factors including families, economic, social status, repeat offenders and repetition. Through the drug treatment process. To analyze the condition and influence of internal factors, including consciousness (awareness, perception, attitude and ability). About the drugs of offenders and repeat addicts. To analyze weaknesses or flaws. In the view of drug treatment processes this causes the process to not return to re-offending and repetitive drugs. It also offers a way to modify it. The method of drug treatment so that the drug treatment can achieve its goals. That is, it does not return to repetitive or repetitive offenses sustained. This is qualitative research by in-depth interviews with key informants, including 50 patients. The inmates, who are drug-related and have a history of repeat offenses and rebab in drug cases. This is from the Department of Corrections and Department Of Juvenile Observation and Protection. There are &8 provinces responsible for Chiang mai, Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Nan, Lampang, Lamphun, Phayao, Phrae. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. External factors include family, economic, social, repeat offenders and repetition. More than half had family problems, economic, social and environmental issues.
