Abstract: This research studied the reuse of reclaimed asphalt concrete pavement. The reclaimed asphalt concrete pavement was reused as a cold-mix asphalt aggregate material, replacing the original aggregate material, including millstones size of 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch. The different percentages of asphalt emulsified (CMS - 2h) or asphalt cement (grade AC 60/70) had been varied, including 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5 and 10.5% by weight. Then, the compressive strength properties according to test number DH – T 604/2517 Marshall test asphalt with samples based on cold mixed standard no. DH-S 407/2542 of each percentage had been determined and compared. This study was done in order to determine the appropriate condition of the mixture between the reclaimed asphalt concrete pavement and asphalt emulsified or asphalt cement for using in cold mix asphalt. The results shown that the mixtures of 6.5 and 5.5% for asphalt emulsified and asphalt cement, respectively, yield the higher stability than the controlled sample according to the value. Cold mixed asphalt standard no. DH-S 407/2542. Moreover, the investment costs were 100.06 and 103.00 THB/m2 cheaper than fresh aggregate material for 6.5% asphalt emulsified and 5.5% asphalt cement, respectively. Therefore, reclaimed asphalt concrete pavement can be used as a substitute aggregate material in the cold-mix asphalt mix for highway road maintenance. This could reduce the use of a millstone, which is a natural resource and save the budget for purchasing new materials using in highway road maintenance.
