Abstract: The purpose of this independent study was to study factors affecting Thai tourists towards travelling to Chae Son National Park, Lampang Province. The data was collected by using a questionnaire from sample group of 400 Thai tourists who travelled and stayed at Chae Son National Park, Lampang Province within 6 months. The data was analyzed by using the descriptive statistics which consist of frequency, percentage and mean and using inferential statistics which was one-way ANOVA. The result of this study revealed that most respondents are male. They are 30-49 years old. Their education is bachelor's degree. Their hometown is in the northern part of Thailand. They are bureaucrat/government/or officer/state enterprise employee. Their income is between 10,001 - 20,000 Baht. Most of them travelled by their own car and used to travel to National Park once. Their travel expenses were between 2,001 - 3,000 Baht. Most of them travelled with family and relatives. They got information about National Park from website. They came to travel during weekend and travelled for 1 day. They searched information for booking accommodation through National park's website and they also made a reservation through National park's website. The study of factors affecting Thai tourists towards travelling to Chae Son National Park, Lampang Province indicated that overall components were high impact level. The results when sorting in descending order were 1) Activity, with the first subcomponent was activity expenses that were reasonable. 2) Attraction, with the first subcomponent was Chae Son Hot Spring. 3) Accommodation, with the first subcomponent was clean and beautiful accommodation. 4) Amenity, with the first subcomponent was warning signs or giving advice to tourists at various travel points. 5) Accessibility, with the first subcomponent was clear road signs to the National Park, 6) Ancillary Service, with the first subcomponent was providing staff for advising/taking care of tourists. When analyzing data by separating data based on travel frequency, it was found that travel expenses, information sources, travel period, accommodation booking sources and method of booking are different according to travel frequency of respondents. Moreover, they have some different subcomponents of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Service, Accommodation, and Activity. When analyzing data by separating data based on age, it was found that travel frequency, travel expenses, information sources, travel period, accommodation booking sources and method of booking are different according to age of respondents. Moreover, they have different in some subcomponents of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Service, Accommodation, and Activity.
