Abstract: This study aimed to examine moderating effect of corporate governance on relationship between genders of the Board of Directors and the economic, social, and environment performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Data were gathered from the total of 2,308 datasets of annual reports and form 56-1, which were prepared by 483 companies at the end of accounting period during B.E. 2557-B.E.2561 as presented in the SET website. In this study, in order to examine moderating effect of corporate governance on relationship between genders of the Board of Directors and the economic, social, and environment performance of companies listed on the SET, the following variables were selectively determined : gender of Board of Directors was the independent variable; the corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance was the dependent variable; and the corporate governance (CG) was the moderating variable. In order to describe the preliminary statistics of the total 2,308 datasets as the research samples, the descriptive statistics was applied. The findings presented that 30.34% of the companies listed on the SET had a minimum number of three female members in the Board of Directors; 71.20% of these companies were ranked in the excellent, very good, and good levels of corporate governance; and these companies averagely earned the corporate social responsibility score at 0.56 out of 1. According to the multiple regression analysis on the relationship between genders and the moderating effect, the results were presented as follows. 1) Gender of Board of Directors positively correlated with the corporate social responsibility performance. 2) The corporate governance did not affect to the relationships between gender of Board of Directors and the corporate social responsibility performance. 3) There was a positive correlation between the corporate governance and the corporate social responsibility performance at statistical significance.
