Abstract: This independent study aimed to develop information system to support the Omni-channel marketing for FLUKDEE Limited Partnership. Analyses on process flow and channel of distribution of the studied business were conducted in order to create the new system, which was suitable for both online and off-line distribution channels of FLUKDEE Limited Partnership, and in which all distribution channels were integrated to offer alternative shopping channels for its customers to shop for a product in the same price with the same service provided. Hereafter were showed the findings of this study. Based upon the interview with staff and administrators of FLUKDEE Limited Partnership, the results of business analysis presented that FLUKDEE Limited Partnership had some weaknesses which lessened its competitive advantages. In addition, due to the lack of information system for online distribution, its customers might feel inconvenient to shop for products with FLUKDEE Limited Partnership. The results of feasibility study suggested that since FLUKDEE Limited Partnership was a family business, which enabled it to have decision-making on developing new distribution system easily, it was feasible for FLUKDEE Limited Partnership to improve its information system to support the Omni-channel marketing. Moreover, since all staff engaged in business management, they all had comprehensive understanding on the sales system of this business. Therefore, it would be possible to launch the new sales system for the FLUKDEE Limited Partnership at any time. In respect to system analysis, this study began with gathering data of the existing operating system and analyzing it; then, planning for the new practical system development and design by using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as the main concept. In respect to system design, this study put an effort to design the simplest system that integrated all distribution channels of the business together with Omni-channel marketing strategy to increase alternatives for its customers to shop as well as to respond to the various needs of its customers. In respect to system development, this study applied the new system to the studied business concurrently with the existing system. The new system did not entirely replace the existing one; but it was applied in order to enhance an efficiency of each distribution channel. The new system was developed to be implemented through Window application system with PHP in Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and with HTML documentation which connected to the MYSQL database management program; while the BOOSTRAP program was used to design and decorate web application. In respect to system implementation, the new system was installed on a server; thus, this could ensure information security from the use of users. The users would be permitted to access the system only through the display screen not through the database nor information systems on the server. Database would be secured on the server and on cloud. In respect to post-implementation reviews and maintenance, the result suggested that in an overall view, sales staff and business owner as the real users averagely satisfied with the implementation of the new system at high level. Their highest level of satisfaction was given to the simple screen arrangement; while their lowest level of satisfaction was given to the completion of reporting. For customer’s view points, after using online system of the studied business, in an overall view, they averagely rated their satisfaction at high level. Their highest level of satisfaction was given to the proper arrangement of tools on the screen. For the study on system maintenance, the results suggested that since the new system had just been tested for a short period, problems found from the implementation of the system could not be exactly identified. Therefore, the developer and its users must learn and study more on the implementation of this system to gain their knowledge and understanding about it and be able to set a maintenance plan in the future.
