Abstract: A Study on the Support Network of the Working Group for the Women Empowerment Fund and the Women Empowerment Fund Driving in Nakhon Ratchasima Province The objectives were to (1)Explain the importance of the position of the Working Group to drive the Women's Role Development Fund in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, (2)To analyze the relationship model and network building factors of the patronage system of the Women's Role Development Fund in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (3)To explain the relevance of foster relationships affecting participation in driving the Women's Role Development Fund in Nakhon Ratchasima Province based on the concept of patronage leadership role concept and the concept of participation to explain and find answers under the research questioning process through the study by qualitative research methods The data was collected by in-depth interview by interviewing technique with a group of 13 informants, consisting of 11 provincial women's role development fund driving committees and the chairman of the sub-district/municipal women's role development fund driving committee from the 2 districts with the highest amount of working capital support requests. The results showed that In the implementation of the Women's Role Development Fund, the group of women who came to be the main mechanism in driving the fund is The Working Group for the Women Empowerment Fund elected by the Women Empowerment Fund members The objectives of women entering the Women Empowerment Fund Working Group are: Want to be a leader in the development of the Women's Role Development Fund for progress At the same time, they can use this position to support their interests and build a power base for women leaders and their cronies. The women who come in tend to have leadership qualities and caused by family support It can be said that taking the position of the Fund Driving Working Group is important. Although this position is unpaid and is not well known to the general public. Relationships formed in the Fund are modeled as foster relationships that are kinship-like and have unique characteristics that differ from other cultural fostering systems. At the same time, it lies in the foreseeable relationship that each party will derive from such a relationship: the power to access and allocate the limited budget resources of the Women Empowerment Fund and state power in hand including the popularity or the vote base for yourself and your friends. At the same time, members need access to the funds' resources and budget, which has been screened by the Working Group to drive the Women's Role Development Fund. as well as having a fund management structure system in the form of a networking group according to district zones of the Working Group to drive the Women's Role Development Fund in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This makes the relationship look like a network that extends to cover the village level to the provincial level. It is an important characteristic of a family or circle foster relationship. It is imperative for the Women Empowerment Fund to use the art of synergies to achieve the most balanced exchanges and rewards for both parties. This is to maintain a stable relationship and get the most benefit. leading to the development of a network of relationships in the Women's Role Development Fund with the characteristics of foster care as the core of jointly driving the Nakhon Ratchasima Women's Fund to be successful. Recommendations for the development of the Women's Role Development Fund in Nakhon Ratchasima Province to achieve maximum benefits and continue with quality and sustainability Based on the patronage relationship of the Working Group to drive the Women Empowerment Fund, the intensity of engagement activities among network members should be emphasized to enhance their potential for success. Proactive action of the Women's Empowerment Fund driven by linking foster relationships to develop a network of participation between the Fund and its members. This will lead to upgrading the potential of the Nakhon Ratchasima Women's Role Development Fund to be continuously successful.
