Abstract: The aim of this study was to study the efficiency of pictures and colors in classification in middle-high school library in case of Chakkham Khanathorn School. The effectiveness studied were System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Net Benefit by using Research and Development methods. Data were collected by using questionnaires form. The population consisted of 354 students from Chakkam Khanathorn School, Lamphun Province with the level of Mathayomsuksa 1 to Mathayomsuksa 6. Devided by using stratified random sampling method, there were 59 students in each Mathayonsuksa 1 - Mathayomsuksa 6, where the data were collected at 354 students, or 100%. The statistics used to analyze the data are sample size determination by Taro Yamane method, examining the confidence of the questionnaire by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, Frequency, Mean, F-test, Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression and Q-test. The results of the efficacy study of the use of pictures and colors in classification in middle- high school library in case of Chakkham Khanathorn School showed that the Overall System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use had a high significant effect on the user satisfaction in the library. In particular, Net Benefit had a highest significant effect on the satisfaction of library users at confidence level 95%.
