ปัจจัยทำนายการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาล เขตภาคเหนือ

Abstract

การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพเป็นการกระทำที่เกิดจากความตระหนักรู้ในการพยายามที่จะมีอิทธิพลต่อนโยบายสาธารณะทั้งโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม โดยเฉพาะนโยบายสาธารณะด้านสุขภาพ และนโยบายสาธารณะอื่นๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อวิชาชีพ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง รวมถึงหาปัจจัยทำนายการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลเขตภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 395 คน จาก 37 โรงพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป และโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ เขตภาคเหนือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้รับการพัฒนาโดยผู้วิจัยตามแนวคิดของเวอร์บา และคณะ (Verba et al. ,1995)ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และแบบสอบถามปัจจัยทำนายการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือทั้งสองเท่ากับ .97 และ 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .88 และ .85 ตามลำดับ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน

Political participation among professional nurses is a conscious action that seeks to influence public policy either directly or indirectly, especially public health policies and other public policies that affect the nursing profession. The purpose of this research study was to identify the political participation and the predicting factors of political participationamong professional nurses in hospitals in the northern region of Thailand. The study sampleincluded 395 professional nurses in 37 hospitals who had worked in community hospitals, general hospitals, and regional hospitals in the northern region. The research instruments were developed by the researcher based on the conceptual framework of Verba and colleagues (1995) and were comprised of a demographic data record form, nurse political participation questionnaire, and factors predicting political participation among nurses questionnaire. The content validity index of both instruments were .97 and 1.00, respectivelyand the reliability were .88 and .85, respectively. Data were analyzed using stepwisemultiple regression analysis
