dc.description.abstract	This independent study aimed to construct the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for students in Grade 7 at Chiang Mai Sport School. The study group were 20 students studying in Grade 7 of second semester in 2017 academic year at Chiang Mai Sport School, Sanpatong district, Chiang Mai Province. The instruments employed in this study were the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for Grade 7 students and the achievement test for data collection, the instruments were used with the study group and the data were analyzed in order to determine the efficiency of the web-based instruction afterwards. The result of the study revealed that the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for students in Grade 7 at Chiang Mai Sport School was efficient at 81.14/ 82.50 which meets the criteria of 80/80.	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนบนเว็บ เรื่อง กฎ กติกา และเทคนิคกีฬาเรือพาย สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนกีฬาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มศึกษา คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 โรงเรียนกีฬาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อำเภอสันป่าตอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย 1. บทเรียนบนเว็บ เรื่อง กฎ กติกา และเทคนิคกีฬาเรือพายสำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 2. แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง กฎ กติกา และเทคนิคกีฬาเรือพาย ดำเนินการทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มศึกษา แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนบนเว็บ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บนเรียนบนเว็บ เรื่อง กฎ กติกา และเทคนิคกีฬาเรือพาย สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนกีฬาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.14/ 82.50 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80	en_US
