dc.description.abstract	Agricultural cooperatives are crucial for Thailand’s economy. Their successes are attributable to their operational performance. This study aimed to analyze operational efficiency of agricultural cooperatives and analyzes the factors influence efficiency of agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province. Data collected included secondary performance information of 30 agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province during 2016 to 2018, analyzed by the Malmquist productivity index and Tobit model. The study of operational efficiency of 30 agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province during 2016 to 2018 that agricultural cooperatives have an operational efficiency was 0.955, which is highest operational efficiency. There are 25 agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province were good operational efficiency and 5 agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province were inefficient in operation. There are 18 agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province experienced a constant return to scale, while 12 agricultural cooperatives have decreasing return to scale, thus they should reduce the use of inputs, including business costs and operating expenses. There are 16 agricultural cooperatives have reduced total factor productivity change caused by reduced technological change. Therefore, modern technology should be used in operations and use technology to the fullest potential and maximum benefit. Analysis of factors affecting influence efficiency of agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province found that agricultural cooperatives divided into 2 sizes including large cooperatives and extra-large cooperatives. Factors affecting operational efficiency of large agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province were member, capital of cooperatives, turnover to member ratio, and cooperatives standard. Factors affecting operational efficiency of extra-large agricultural cooperatives in Uthai Thani Province were turnover to member ratio and cooperatives standard.	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	สหกรณ์การเกษตรเป็นสหกรณ์ที่มีความสําคัญในระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย สหกรณ์การเกษตรจะประสบความสําเร็จได้ จําเป็นต้องมีการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจของสหกรณ์และ การบริหารงานภายในสหกรณ์ที่ดี การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ การดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ข้อมูลที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ จากผลการดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ระหว่างปีบัญชี 2559 - 2561 จํานวน 30 แห่ง ทําการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในเชิงปริมาณด้วยการวิเคราะห์ The Malmquist Productivity Index และแบบจําลองโทบิท การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี จํานวน 30 แห่ง ระหว่างปี 2559 - 2561 พบว่า สหกรณ์การเกษตรมีประสิทธิภาพการดําเนินงานเท่ากับ 0.955 ซึ่งเป็นคะแนนที่อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก สหกรณ์การเกษตร จํานวน 25 แห่ง มีประสิทธิภาพในการ ดําเนินงาน อีก 5 แห่งไม่มีประสิทธิภาพในการดําเนินงาน ซึ่งมีผลตอบแทนต่อขนาดคงที่ จํานวน 18 แห่ง และมีผลตอบแทนต่อขนาดลดลง จํานวน 12 แห่ง สามารถปรับปรุงการผลิตให้มีขนาด ที่เหมาะสมโดยลดการใช้ปัจจัยการผลิต ได้แก่ ต้นทุนเฉพาะธุรกิจ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดําเนินงาน ส่วนการเปลี่ยนแปลงผลิตภาพ สหกรณ์การเกษตรมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงผลิตภาพลดลง จํานวน 16 แห่งเนื่องมาจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีลดลง มีแนวทางในการปรับปรุงโดยการนําเทคโนโลยี ที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการดําเนินงาน และใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีอยู่มาให้เต็มศักยภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตร ในจังหวัด อุทัยธานี แบ่งขนาดสหกรณ์ออกเป็น 2 ขนาด คือ สหกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่ และสหกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่มาก พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรขนาดใหญ่ ได้แก่ จํานวน สมาชิก ทุนของสหกรณ์ อัตรากําไรสุทธิต่อสมาชิก และมาตรฐานสหกรณ์ ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผล ต่อประสิทธิภาพการดําเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรขนาดใหญ่มาก ได้แก่ อัตรากําไรสุทธิต่อสมาชิก และมาตรฐานสหกรณ์	en_US
