Abstract: The objective of this independent study was to study factors that affected quality of work life and the level of work life quality of employees at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in Phayao. The analysis was based on the concept of Quality of Work life, Management System of Quality of Work Life (MS-QWL) by Human Capacity Building institute, Federation of Thai Industries. The data was collected by questionnaire distributed to 207 employees of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Phayao. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed that the quality of work life of the employees at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in Phayao region office was at the high level. The 6 factors affecting the quality of work life were ranked at the high level in following order: social relations, environment, mind, spirituality, body and life stability.The relation between the 6 factors and the overall the quality of work life was at the statistics significance level of 0.05, and the relation was at the medium level, in the same direction. Multiple regression showed positive variation (R = 0.829), with predictability ability of 69%, 31% was affected by other factors. It was also found that body, environment, and spirituality were the factors that effected the overall quality of work life by statistics significance level of 0.05.
