Abstract: The purpose of this independent study was to study opinions and needs of parents with special need children on education provision of Pingkarattana School, Mueang Chiang Mai District, focusing on pre-kindergarten to prathom suksa 6. The populations were 33 parents of children with special need in 2013 academic year.The instrument used in this study were an opinions and needs of autistic childrenparents’ questionnaire and opinions and needs interview of children with visual impaired and hearing impaired parents in 6 following aspects: school personnel, curriculum and teaching, school buildings and location, nutrition, hygiene, and morality. Analysis: The data of this study was analyzed as follow: 1. Questionnaire set 1: the data were analyzed by computing frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Then presented those data through table with description and the opened-endedquestions were analyzed by grouping and presented with description. 2. Interview data from Set 2 and 3 were analyzed by classification and descriptively presented. The findings were summarized as follows: The results found those children with autismparents’ opinions concerning the educational management of Pingkarattana School over all found at good level ( =4.31). When considered in details found that school buildings and location aspect was at the most level ( =4.57) and at good level indicated 3 aspects respectively were personnel ( =4.47), morality ( =4.43) and hygiene ( =4.29). The children with autismparents’ needs concerning the educational management of Pingkarattana School overall found at good level ( =3.80). When considered in details found at good level were 3 aspects respectively which were nutrition ( =3.90), personnel ( =3.87) and morality ( =3.86). The children with visual impaired parents’ opinions concerning the educational management of Pingkarattana School found that teachers had good personality and good interpersonal relationship. The teachers were capable of taking care of their children with visual impaired. There was no teacher who graduated special education degree. The children with visual impaired parents’ needsconcerning the educational management of Pingkarattana School found that there was a need to improve curriculum for students with visual impaired and evaluated individual child. The children withhearing impaired parents’ opinions concerning the educational management of Pingkarattana School found that teacher are capable of taking care of hearing impaired children. However, there were not enough activity therapists. The children withhearing impaired parents’ needs on educational provision of Pingkarattana School found that there was a need to daily supplementary taught a child individually, also encouraged the hearing impaired children to do activity with normal children so they would not feel discriminated.
