Abstract: This study titled “Factors Influencing User’s Utilization of Smart Office in Mae Hong Son Province” aimed at analyzing levels and factors related to user utilization of smart office in Mae Hong Son Province. Samples in this quantitative research were 149 general service and document control officers from all organizations which used smart office system in Mae Hong Son province. The researcher applied the Model of PC Utilization (MPCU) and the Model of Utilization of Personal Computer of Thomson and his team (1991). Tool used in this study was a questionnaire about factors influencing the user utilization of smart office in Mae Hong Son Province.Data were analyzed by using statistical package and descriptive statistics which were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation with the statistical significance level of 0.05. Results can be divided according to the objectives of the research mentioned above. 1) Level of user utilization of smart office in Mae Hong Son Province was at a high level. 2) Three factors related to user utilization of smart office in Mae Hong Son Province at a high level: attitudes towards use, facilitating conditions, and complexity of the system. Moreover, factors related to the user’s utilization of smart office at a medium level were social factors, job fit, and effect towards use.
