Abstract: | Independent study is The purpose is to study state and administration problems development learning process in Ban Arunothai School, Chiang Mai Province. And to prepare guidelines for the management of the learning process in Ban Arunothai School, Chiang Mai Province. Population is head teacher. Deputy head teacher and teachers 84 was used to collect data, questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.
