Abstract: | This independent study aimed to study the satisfaction of the members towards service of Rubber Cooperative Limited Phayao. From the 315 menbers of the cooperative, the majority was male, aged between 41-50 years old, married, graduated from high school with the monthly income of 30,001-40,000 baht and with 4-7 years of experience in rubber plantation. Most respondents had 2 household members. Their budget for rubber plantation was loaned from Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. The frequency for using the service from Rubber Cooperative Limited Phayao was 1 to 2 times per month. They often went to the cooperative on Monday. The distance from cooperatives and their rubber plantation was more than 3 kilometers. The members satisfied all the 7 aspects of the service of Rubber Cooperative Limited Phayao in high rating level. Each aspect had a sub-aspect with the highest satisfaction as followed. The highest product sub-aspect was many types of rubber purchasing such as rubber scrap, unsmoke sheet rubber, etc. The highest price sub-aspect was the satisfaction of members with the purchase price, The highest place sub-aspect was the cleanliness and number of restrooms. The highest promotion sub-aspect was the public relations of the organization through the media such as printing media and local journals. The service staffs sub-aspect was the politeness, smile, enthusiasm and service mind of the staffs. The environmental sub-aspect was the beautiful landscape improvement such as lawn mowing and land- scaping. The service process sub-aspect was quick service with short steps and no longer waiting . |
