Abstract: Independent Study aims to reduce defects within the warehouse and optimize the efficiency parts department. The speed of the operation can reduce the running time. Warehouse few mistakes as possible and able to respond to customer needs in a timely manner by introducing Activity Mapping used to work in an overview of all the work, Fish Bone Diagram and Brain Storm help find the cause of the problem, the technique of ECRS consists Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange and Simplify the removal of waste that occurs in process. The PokaYoke techniques to prevent faults as well as improving work more efficiency and make the Check Sheet to determine how they work. The error in counting the number of parts that do not match the actual balance information recorded in the system from an average rate of 0.12 percent and the average error rate is reduced to 0 percent. It demonstrates the control that is 100 percent effective and can reduce operation time compared the average time each process both before and after the update from time 941.44 minutes and after improving take 781.05 minutes, which could reduce working time have included 160.39 minutes, representing a decrease of 17.14 and efficiency in the work to improve the performance better 17.68 percent of the renovation work and the performance better than the standard 2.37 per cent and 20.05 per cent improvement works.
