Abstract: The objectives of this study are 1) described the recruitment and selection process of The Family Connection Foundation 2) investigated the training guidelines and manpower approach for volunteers of The Family Connection Foundation 3) explored the basis reasons of voluntary work in the The Family Connection Foundation 4) investigated the diversity management in The Family Connection Foundation. The populations of this study are the staff of the foundation 7 persons and expatriate volunteer in the foundation 14 persons. This study was conducted through non-participatory observation, in depth-interviewed and documentaries research. Qualitative data were analyzed by data classification, data analysis and inductive analysis technique. The results are as follow; The stakeholders of the recruitment and selection process of the foundation are the abroad representative organizations, the administrator of the foundationand head of the project which applicants wished to participate as a volunteer. The recruitment and selection process are 1) the applicant signed in the online application 2) the abroad representative scan the physical qualifications, financial status and marital status 3) if the applicant pass the primary scan, then they have to submitted the essay to described the reason that why they are wanting to be a volunteer in the project of the foundation and do a personality assessment (Jung Typology) 4) the administrator of the foundation considerate the application documents and reply to applicants 5) the applicant who was selected to be a volunteer have been interviewed by the administrator of the foundation and follow by the head of the project. The training guidelines of the foundation is related to knowledge the volunteer regarding to the violence against women and children and all policies of children’s right due to the mission of each project is related to help children, youth and women who was abused physically and mentally. The volunteer has opportunities to express their suggestions and proposal of work with project staff to the organization; it has shown that the organization recognizes the value of volunteers and it is also help to promote a long term working between organization and volunteers. In addition, the volunteer management of this organization has operating officially correctly to employment law for expatriate and it helps promote organization’s reputation and this is why this organization have retained the manpower of volunteers continuously. The volunteer’s reasonable works with this organization are 1) friend 2) social responsibility 3) family 4) result satisfaction and belief in Christianity and 5) colleague. The individuals who have influenced the decision to volunteer are as follow; 1) God (belief in Christianity) 2) family and 3) friend. The diversity management in this organization is focus on managing and creating a welcoming culture, flexibility and friendly atmosphere which make volunteer familiar with Thai staff easily. As well as the values of faith in Christianity for create harmony in any works or activities and it is also based on targeting the interaction between the foundation and volunteers. The purpose of another research should compare others Nonprofit Organization in the topic of Volunteer Management for holistic result that appropriate Thai’s context.
