Abstract

The objective of this independent study is developing Decision Support System for System Analyst to Select Programmers. This independent study will be helped system analyst to select programmers; project and make the most efficient and effective worker. Decision Support System for System Analyst to Select Programmers use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP to find the most efficient and effective solution. Development tools for Software Selection Programmer for Support System Analyst consists of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013; C# language; for developing program, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 for storing and managing information. There are 6 user groups who use Decision Support System for System Analyst to Select Programmers such as 1) system administrator, 2) system analyst leader, 3) system analyst, 4) programmer leader, 5) programmer and 6) executive. Moreover there are 5 subsystems of system such as 1) User Management, 2) KPI List, 3) Project Management, 4) Time Sheet and 5) Report. The result of implementing and evaluating system, evaluated by two system analyst leaders, one programmer leader, ten system analysts, ten programmers and one executive, shows result average rate is 4.73 which is an excellent rating. In conclusion, Software Selection programmer for Support System Analyst can help and fulfill system analyst select efficient and effective programmer.
