Abstract

The influencing factors of parents’ decision to enroll their children in primary tutorial schools were investigated ,the problems and suggestions about the decision of the parents. And study the relationship of general information on factors studied were schools and the purpose of their children in primary tutorial schools by using questionnaires for data collection in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province. The sample was 385 parents. For quantitative analysis, percentage, means, standard deviations, and Chi-square were applied to analyze the data. It was found that 1. Most parents 55.84 percent are female with an age range between 31-40 years , 58.44 percent is associated with a student 's mother , 48.83 percent have a bachelor's degree ,57.92 per cent were government officers / employees of state enterprises and 35.58 percent have revenues per month 15,000 - 25,000 THB 2.
