Abstract: Myanmar's peace process, essential for resolving protracted conflicts, necessitates inclusive participation from ethnic political parties. This abstract synthesizes existing literature on the challenges and prospects of inclusivity of peace process dialogue in Myanmar by participation of ethnic political parties. Historical analyses reveal the roots of Myanmar's conflict and prior peace initiatives, highlighting the significance of inclusive dialogue. The study adopts a qualitative approach, primarily utilizing interviews with ten ethnic political parties, supplemented by documentation analysis. The overarching aim is to promote inclusivity in the peace process by the conceptual framework underscores the importance of inclusive political party participation for fostering genuine dialogue, trust-building, and sustainable peace outcomes. This paper will explore the policy design for the Myanmar peace process dialogue based on the interview analysis and design could be an option for policymakers and negotiators to consider.
