Abstract: | Business registration is a crucial step in establishing a business and fostering trust between the business and its customers. But it is a complex and time-consuming process. This causes entrepreneurs to encounter problems and lose business opportunities. Using chatbots based on knowledge management to collect Organize knowledge related to business registration into tools that can help provide useful information and advice. In order to quickly and accurately register a business in the document preparation process. This research aims to gather knowledge from individuals with experience in business registration, develop a business registration information service system in the form of a chatbot, and provide entrepreneurs with essential knowledge and understanding of the business registration process. The sample group of this study consists of Ten entrepreneurs and two accounting firms were surveyed using questionnaires to evaluate their satisfaction with the chatbot system and their knowledge of business registration. Data analysis was conducted using t-test statistics and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). to evaluate the data. The findings reveal a significant improvement in knowledge and understanding of business registration among the participants. The average score before the knowledge assessment was 5.50 (55%), which increased to 7.33 (73.30%) after using the chatbot system. Questionnaire on satisfaction with using the chatbot system to provide knowledge for business registration. Overview of the results of data analysis regarding high satisfaction with the use of the overall system. When considering the highest average That is, high satisfaction with the use of the system has an average of 4.54 Benefits received from using the system have an average of 4.38 The system is accurate and meets the purpose of use with an average of 3.69 The beauty of the system is an average of 3.54 The accuracy and precision of the system is an average of 3.23 The information is accurate and meets the purpose of use with an average of 3.23 However, Chatbots still need to be developed and improved to provide convenience. and the needs of users better. |
