dc.description.abstract	Today, tens of millions of people are injured or disabled every year in traffic accidents. And traffic accidents tend to be more violent, causing death and injury to the point of disabilities. Road traffic accidents have a huge impact on economic losses.. In this research, the road accident cost of a disabled person by WTP – CV method was determind. In this study, a total of 481 motorcyclists in Chiang Mai. The results showed that the value of statistical injury: (VOSI) was estimated to range from bath 4,294,930 to bath 5,700,000, and the willingness to pay was found to be significantly associated with age, sex, education, income,. duration of treatment and perceived risk. In addition, Data was analyzed by three hospitals in Chiang Mai Province, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. Hang Dong Hospital and San pa tong Hospital. It was found that the cause of disability from road traffic accidents according to the diagnosis according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) The results showed that the most was Injuries to the head.	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	ในปัจจุบันผู้คนหลายสิบล้านคนได้รับบาดเจ็บหรือทุพพลภาพทุกปีจากอุบัติเหตุจราจร และอุบัติเหตุจราจรมีแนวโน้มมีความรุนแรงทำให้เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บจนถึงขั้นทุพพลภาพหรือพิการเพิ่มมากขึ้น ปัญหาอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกส่งผลกระทบต่อความสูญเสียทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างมาก เพราะฉะนั้นจึงจำเป็นที่จะวิเคราะห์ความสูญเสียทางเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งในการศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการประเมินค่าจากการสัมภาษณ์ตรง (Contingent Valuation Method : CVM) ร่วมกับหลักหาค่าความเต็มใจจะจ่าย (Willingness To Pay : WTP) ศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่รวมทั้งสิ้น 481 ตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษา พบว่า มูลค่าผู้บาดเจ็บ (Value Of Statistical Injury : VOSI) มีค่าระหว่าง 4,294,930 บาทต่อคน ถึง 5,700,000 บาทต่อคน และเพื่อหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเต็มใจจะจ่าย จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis ) พบว่า อายุ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ค่ารักษาพยาบาล ระยะเวลาการรักษาตัว การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง มีความสัมพันธ์แบบมีนัยสำคัญกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเต็มใจจะจ่าย เพื่อลดความสูญเสียของความพิการจากอุบัติเหตุรถจักรยานยนต์ อีกทั้งยังศึกษาอุบัติการณ์ความพิการจากอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบก โดยศึกษาจากโรงพยาบาลในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่สามแห่ง ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ โรงพยาบาลหางดง และโรงพยาบาลสันป่าตอง สาเหตุความพิการจากการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกตามการวินิจฉัยโรคตามบัญชีจำแนกโรคระหว่างประเทศ (ICD-10) พบว่า กลุ่มอาการบาดเจ็บที่พบมากที่สุด คือ กลุ่มอาการบาดเจ็บที่ศีรษะ(Injuries to the head)	en_US
