dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินรูปแบบการรับความรู้สึกและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมิน การหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอาศัยวิธีการหาค่าคะแนนดัชนีความสอดคล้องจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน การหาความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างหาด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงยืนยันและด้านความเที่ยงแบบค่าความสอดคล้องภายในหาด้วยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาจำนวน 400 คน เป็นผู้ที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง อำเภอ ดอยสะเก็ด และอำเภอแม่ออน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และด้านความเที่ยงแบบทดสอบซ้ำหาด้วยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้น จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 40 คน หลังจากทำแบบประเมินครั้งแรกไป 1 สัปดาห์ ผลการวิจัยในการพัฒนาได้แบบประเมินซึ่งประกอบด้วย 2 ชุดย่อย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินชุดที่ 1: ความชอบทางการรับความรู้สึก จำนวน 35 ข้อ และชุดที่ 2: ระดับการรับรู้สิ่งเร้าทางการรับความรู้สึก จำนวน 25 ข้อ แต่ละชุดแบ่งเป็น 6 หมวดหมู่ตามประเภทการรับความรู้สึกได้แก่ การมองเห็น การได้ยิน การดมกลิ่นและรับรส กายสัมผัส การทรงตัว และการรับความรู้สึกจากกล้ามเนื้อ เอ็น และข้อต่อ จากการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหามีค่าคะแนนดัชนีความสอดคล้องของแบบประเมิน ชุดที่ 1 และชุดที่ 2 อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ความเที่ยงแบบค่าความสอดคล้องภายในมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของแบบประเมินชุดที่ 1 เท่ากับ 0.89 และชุดที่ 2 เท่ากับ 0.62 ความเที่ยงแบบทดสอบซ้ำมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้นของแบบประเมินชุดที่ 1 มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.93 และ ชุดที่ 2 มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.77 สรุปแบบประเมินรูปแบบการรับความรู้สึกในวัยผู้ใหญ่มีค่าความตรงและความเที่ยงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	The purpose of this study was to develop the sensory patterns assessment and examine the psychometric properties of this assessment. The content validity was conducted by analyzing the index of item-objective congruence (IOC) from five experts. The construct validity was examined by confirmatory factor analysis and the internal consistency of their responses was assessed using coefficient-α. Of the total sample of 400 participants aged 15 years and over in Muang, Doi Saket and Mae On district, Chiang Mai province by multistage sampling, 40 completed a retest after 1 week for test-retest reliability. The result showed that the assessment consisted of 2 modules: module I: sensory preferences in 35 items and module II: sensory arousals in 25 items. Each module was divided into 6 categories according to the type of sensory modalities: sight, sound, smell & taste, touch, proprioceptive and vestibular. The content validity examinations the index of item-objective congruence (IOC) of the assessment module I and module II ranged from 0.60-1.00. The internal consistency reliability of assessment in the form of coefficient-α were 0.89 in module I and 0.62 in module II. The test-retest reliability with intraclass correlation coefficient method were 0.93 in module I and 0.77 in module II. In conclusion, the sensory patterns assessment had validity and reliability at an acceptable level.	en_US
