Abstract: | The retrospective design study aims to investigate the current situations and demand in order to predict the demand for an adequate number of health personal among Tumbon Health Promoting Hospital (THPH) with Transferred to the Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) in fiscal year 2023, Region 1 and 2 health providers, the Northern Region of Thailand. The Human Resource Office of the Permanent Secretary System (HROPS) database (2 October 2023) was used to analyze. Case record form was designed to collect the individual health personal data. The demand was predicted by comparing with the number of health personal based on the small, medium and large size of the THPH. The data were presented in number and percentage. There was 585 THPH with Transferred to the PAO in fiscal year 2023 in the Northern Region, Region 1 and 2 health providers. The number of health personal in THPH with and without transferred the PAO were 1,988 and 650 persons, respectively. The number of health personal based on the small, medium and large size of the THPH required approximately 2,093 persons. Additionally, the amount of Nurse, Public health, Dental public health and Thai traditional medicine required approximately 767, 818, 295 and 301 persons, respectively. if it planned to full in 100 Nurses and Public health personal per year, it would full frame within 2579 calendar year. Moreover, if it planned to full in 50 Dental public health personal per year, it would full frame within 2574 calendar year. Whereas, if it planned to full in 50 Thai traditional medicine personal per year, it would full frame within 2576 calendar year. The demand prediction trend among health personal in THPH can recommend for human resources planning for PAO. The sufficient in human resource will allow the primary care services in THPH under PAO to provide with the standard of care. |
