Abstract: This study has three objectives: 1 examine the guideline for integrating civics in history learning management to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students ; 2. Study the integrating civics in history learning management to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students ; 3. Examine the impact of integrating civics in history learning management to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students. The research population consists of 1) data providers, 2) guidelines evaluators, 3) guidelinesexperimental users. Research instruments include 1) documentary analysis form, 2) documentary summary form, 3) Index of Item Objective Congruence : IOC form, 4) quality Assessment form, 5) digital citizenship assessment form, and 6) Learner Satisfaction Survey Data are analyzed through Content Analysis then presented in Descriptive Analysis and analyzed the data with Statistical Program to determine mean and standard deviations. The study found that: 1. The study of civics-integrated history studies to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students, called UBTE Model, which had four steps: 1. Understanding, 2. Building knowledge, 3. Taking action, and 4. Evaluation. The expert assessment was shown to have the highest level. Regarding the development of learning management guideline for civics-integrated history. 2. Regarding the development of learning management guideline for civics-integrated history studies to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students, There were three learning units, and four learning management plans that were 14 hours in total with IOC index of 0.99. The IOC index of over 0.50 would be deemed satisfactory for application. The suitability score was found to be at the highest level. 3. Result of the learning management for civics-integrated history studies to promote digital citizenship through Vlog storytelling for high school students showed that the students had the highest digital citizenship score overall, and their satisfaction towards the learning activities was found to be high.
