Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the health-seeking behavior among monks in Chiang Mai province. A total of 385 participants were selected, and data were collected between February and March 2566 (2023). Simple random sampling was used to select the sample group, and a questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool. The study found that the majority of the sample group had no prior knowledge of health care, and nearly half of them had never undergone health check-ups. And the study revealed that age, nationality, place of residence, monk position, level of religious education, income, health check-ups, healthcare entitlement, chronic diseases, health awareness, and social support were significantly associated with health-seeking behavior among monks in Chiang Mai province.
