Abstract: | Based on the promotion of the " Belt and Road " policy, as well as the geographical differences and complementary advantages of resource endowments between China and Thailand, the development of bilateral product trade cooperation has achieved remarkable results. The total trade volume has continued to grow, and the trade status has become increasingly prominent. It has become essential to economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. In recent years, e-commerce, as a virtual network interaction space, has provided a new development space for the development of the modern logistics industry. Under the background of e-commerce, the arrival of COVID-19 has also changed logistics' operation mode, and logistics development is full of opportunities and challenges. Thailand SMEs unlike large enterprises, SMEs has a lack of experience on how to use the e-commerce model to export Thai local products. This research will seek to provide as comprehensive, a description as possible of the to Consumer market and the current logistics of transporting coffee products between China and Thailand, use information collection, and find potential channels. The potential pattern to provide viable solutions for relevant Thai SMEs to enter the Chinese coffee products market in the "COVID-19" pandemic condition. This research will use activity-based costing to compare the cost every step and time of C2C, B2C and BBC model and uses knowledge engineering to design a knowledge model to provide a graphic flow chart for Thai SMEs on how to choose suitable logistics models to export their products. |
