Abstract: Aside from the booming online language learning industry in China and the fact that we would like to see more schools opening up to share the cake, more industry players are no guarantee of high-quality services for individual students. In the business-led education sector, customer satisfaction is more important than anything else to maintain business value as it is at the core of business value, suggesting that it is high time for schools to improve their teaching strategies and improve students' oral English skills. This study takes R English school as an improvement example and M English school as an ideal example to improve students' oral English ability. This study takes the knowledge and innovation management project as the Research objectives, and prospective, diamond models with knowledge and innovation management, as a research process, and applied to achieve these objectives:1.To analyze the gap in current course practices. 2. To obtain the knowledge required to fill the knowledge gap. 3.To design a Teaching Model to enhance students’ speaking skill. First, a gap analysis is conducted to understand the gap between the current state and the desired state, then, based on the diamond model, a process of discover, define, develop and design, combined with 21st century skills, and communicative competence theories, as well as cone of learning, a new teaching model based on the concept of flipped classroom, the research aims to improve English learners’ speaking skill in R English school.
