Abstract: A research on Cooperative Learning Activity Management with Team-Games-Tournament to Promote English Reading Skills and Collaborative Work Skills of High School Students. This research aimed to study 1) to compare the English reading skills of high school students before and after cooperative learning activity management with team-games-tournament 2) to compare the collaborative working skills of high school students before and after cooperative learning activity management with team-games-tournament. The population is 34 students in Mathayomsuksa 6/1 who are studying in the first semester of academic year 2022. The subject is reading in science at Thawangphapittayakom School, Nan Province. The tools of this study are 1) Five lesson plans by using cooperative learning management with team-games-tournament 2) an English reading test 3) a collective work skill self-assessment. The results showed that 1) cooperative learning activity management with team-games-tournament can promote English reading skills and collaborative working skills of high school students. Before learning, the students had an average English reading skill of 9.06 compared to the criteria set by the researcher at the improvement level but, after learning, the student's reading skills increased to an average of 11.32 compared to the criteria set by the researcher at a fair level. The learners' English reading skills after learning increased more than before learning an average of 2.26. with the results of data analysis is statistically significant at 0.05. 2) the collaborative work skills have 5 parts, 1) work planning 2) responsibility for assigned tasks 3) cooperation 4) sharing of opinions 5) discussion. All 5 aspects before learning show a mean of 3.00 but, after learning, it was found that the learners had higher collective working skills than before, with an average of 3.60. Compared to the specified criteria, it could be concluded that after cooperative learning activity management with team-games-tournament. Students can develop collaborative working skills from a high level to a higher level with the results of data analysis is statistically significant at 0.05.
