Title: An Administrative model of information technology integration in the Lamphun Provincial Education Office

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition, problems and guidelines for integrated information management in the Lamphun Provincial Education Office, 2) to prepare and examine the model and manual on the integrated information management model in the Lamphun Provincial Education Office and, 3) to study results of using the Integrated Information Management Model in the Lamphun Provincial Education Office. The sample consisted of 173 administrators and persons responsible for collecting educational information in educational agencies in Lamphun Province. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected. The tools used were questionnaires and interview forms with a Consistency Index between 0.80- 1.00 and a Confidence Value of 0.86 The results of the research were: 1. The operation condition of the integrated information management of the Office of Education, Lamphun Province: Overall, all aspects were at a high level, sorted in order are the use of information, data analysis, data collection, data validation, data processing and storage. As for the problem of the integrated information management of the Office of Education, Lamphun Province: Overall, all aspects were at a low level, sorted in order are data collection, data validation, data processing, data storage, data analysis, and the use of information, 2. The integrated information management model of the Office of Education, Lamphun Province consists of four main components: 1) Objectives, 2) Fundamental theories and principles of the model, 3) The implementation of the model consists of 6 areas: data collection; data validation data processing data storage Data analysis, and data use, 4) Model success assessment guidelines, and 5) Success conditions and 3 results of the model implementation and model manual. As a result, the Office of Education in Lamphun Province has a variety of information management responding to the objectives of the province's educational information management. Executives and personnel are responsible for information technology. The performance of the model was evaluated at the highest level and assessed the effectiveness of the model at the highest level as well.
