Abstract: In recent years, there have been frequent explosions and accidents in university chemistry laboratories. Laboratory research and equipment are developing rapidly, but lab management and safety learning are still using the traditional way which is unreasonable and unsafe. It need use big data related technology to solve disorganized management and protect effectiveness of safe learning. Using DOSA platform technology, we can collect all data from lab, protect research data, statistics of hazardous chemicals and consumables. In order to solve the distrust problem of students "safe learning", blockchain can ensure the effective learning, and it can provide a certificate in certain disciplines, avoiding repeated learning. In this paper, we design the whole chemistry lab management framework based on DOSA using MySQL. Meanwhile, it also provides safe education application strategy using blockchain technology.
