dc.description.abstractIn today's market, the survival or extinction of companies depend on their adaptability to the new digital environment. Digital transformation is known as a strategy that intends to achieve greater business outcomes. Previously, the project called 'Northern Digital Economy' was launched which aimed to promote the utilization of technology in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the northern region of Thailand therefore, the conceptual model of digital transformation for Thai SMEs has been created and developed within the project the digital transformation conceptual model's list of elements in three categories and five states are presented throughout this paper.en_US
