Abstract

This study proposed the development of a Coffee Product Reservation and Plantation Report System to support the coffee entrepreneurs. This system aims to increase an opportunity for farmers and small coffee producers by providing a distribution channel as a pre-production system to reach more consumers and consumers also gain a better experience by using digital technology for coffee products pre-order system. This study revealed the importance of a Coffee Product Reservation and Plantation Report System, buyers and sellers have agreed upon each other and accepted the terms according to their satisfaction with going through a digital system. On the other hand the coffee entrepreneur can better manage their productivity and also those coffee customers are satisfied with getting quality products as expected. The results of the study show the positive results of the users satisfaction both of the production reservation system and the coffee planting progress reporting system.
