Abstract: There are 3 objectives of this research represents; (1) The study of the active learning education plan of the Secondary students (Mattayomsuksa 4). (2) The development of social innovation based on active learning education plan. (3) The satisfactory of students onto the active learning education plan for social innovation. The results of the research are as follows; (1) The survey result of the active learning education plan for the social innovation of the secondary school students of Sarapi Pittayakom Chiang Mai school has the average mean score as 3.20 whilst the standard deviation is 0.74. The evaluation of the active learning education plan for Social Innovation is highly appropriate when applying the active learning for Social Innovation activity to the student learning plan. (2) The result of Develop proactive learning management to encourage social innovation of the Secondary students (Mattayomsuksa 4) has the average mean score as 4.37 whilst the standard deviation is 0.33. This indicates the students of the Sarapi Pittayakom Chiang Mai school have highly skill on the active learning for Social Innovation. The students have the collaboration skill by following their own objectives, procedures, disciplines and evaluation. (3) The satisfactory of students of Sarapi Pittayakom school onto the active learning education plan for Social Innovation results 3.30 for average mean and 0.78 for the standard deviation which means high satisfactory.
