Abstract: This research aims to 1) Study the problems and obstacles gather knowledge and tourism components and marketing mix factors of the ceramic tourism village Ban Sala Bua Bok, Lampang Province2) Design routes and tourism promotion materials for ceramic tourist villages. Ban Sala Bua Bok Lampang, and 3) Develop a tourism support system for ceramic villages. Ban Sala Bua Bok Lampang in the form of Web Application This research is a survey research. The data and sample groups in this research were one president of community enterprises, 2 members of community enterprise committee members, ceramic tourism village villagers, Ban Sala Bua Bok, 2 people and 10 tourists. The instrument used in the research was observation form. 1) Entrepreneurship and Experts Interview Form, 2) Brainstorming through Community of Operators, 3) Tourism Support System, Ban Sala Bua Bok Ceramic Village, and 4) Evaluation Form for the Appropriateness of the Statistical System used in the analysis. The data are percentage and mean. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The study results from observing and interviewing entrepreneurs and experts. Found knowledge such as the history and geography of the village. Highlights include the ceramic factory. And important tourist attractions nearby and important tourist attractions in the community are Wat Sala Bua Bok, the ceramic factory, Ban Sala Bua Bok, etc. 2. As a result of group discussions, it was found that there was a lack of detailed information within the village, such as unclear ceramic factory information. There is no map to indicate accessibility or landmarks that should be suggested within the village. Each factory's ceramic products lack uniqueness. And there is no clear route of travel that each route has products or services. Or any of the featured amenities. 3. The results of the design of the tourist route consist of Route 1, which is the route that covers the most facilities for tourists who want comfort. Along this route there are many interesting ceramic factories and learning centers. And rest stops that can be stopped and there are many shops to choose from. Route 2 is a route similar to the first route. Only on this route, tourists can cycle back to the learning center again. And there are facilities along the way. Route 3 consists of various types of ceramic factories. Suitable for those who are interested and want to visit various ceramic factories in the village. 4. The results of designing a ceramic village tourism support system using a content management system. Menu includes 1) Ban Sala Bua Bok 2) About the village 3) Interesting information 4) Tourist route 5) Photo capture and 6) Contact for inquiries. 5. The evaluation of the suitability of tourism route design found that the overall suitability of tourist route design for the ceramic tourism village was very good, mean ( X =4.81). Mick and the facilities for tourists are clear. On the side, tourists can choose their own ceramic tour routes. And the prepared maps can be used at the highest average level ( X =4.93). Including the type and price of each factory's ceramic products to make it easier to decide on the product selection, including specifying prices for each accommodation, attraction names should be in both Thai and English. Including the preparation of a QR code for tourist maps so that tourists can scan to view information easily.
