Abstract: | The purposes of the research Management Strategies to Develop Innovators Among Secondary Science Teachers at Saint Gabriel's Foundation, Thailand were to 1) study current and desirable conditions of management, 2) create management strategies, 3) validate suitability and feasibility of management strategies to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation, Thailand. In this research, a mixed method was applied and divided into 3 steps - Step 1: the study of current and desirable conditions and the environment analysis of the management to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation, Step 2: The draft of management strategies to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation, and Step 3: The validation of the accuracy and feasibility of the management strategy draft to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation and the strategy adjustment to a complete edition. The research results found that the overview of currents conditions of internal environment had high average and the overview of the desirable conditions of internal environment had the highest average. The strengths according to the results of environment analysis which were environment of system, management styles, skills and learning management of teachers. Moreover, working as a teamwork and having shared values were counted as strengths. However, lack of administrational structure of innovation and system supporting the innovation development were weaknesses. Besides, teachers required innovational development knowledge. Additionally, the overview of external environment had high average and the overview of the desirable conditions of external environment was at high rate. An opportunity counted as the external environment was the advancement of technology leading to the administrational management – the policies driving innovations were created. The economic status of parents, families, and communities affected the teachers‟ innovation development as threads. The results of management strategies to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation, Thailand consisted of 4 master strategies, 13 minor strategies, 28 measures, and 24 indicators. The master strategies were Strategies 1: Promote and develop science teachers to be innovative teachers containing 4 minor strategies, 10 measures, and 10 indicators, Strategies 2: Enhance the quality of science learning management towards innovations consisting of 3 minor strategies, 6 measures, and 4 indicators, Strategy 3: Build the association of network to cooperatively create creative innovations containing 3 minor strategies, 7 measures, and 5 indicators, and Strategy 4: Efficiently manage innovative teachers comprising 3 minor strategies, 5 measures, and 5 indicators. Furthermore, the overview result of accuracy and feasibility validation of Management strategies to develop innovators among secondary science teachers at Saint Gabriel‟s Foundation, Thailand had high average.
