Abstract: | Intangible cultural heritage is an important symbol of a country's historical and cultural achievements, it is an important part of excellent traditional culture. It is not only of great significance to the study of the evolution of human civilization but also plays a unique role in displaying the diversity of world culture. It is the common cultural wealth of mankind. The research base of intangible cultural heritage which represents local culture plays a vital role in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. This study aims to propose key performance indicators (KPIs) of the intangible cultural heritage research base institution by integrating STEEP, SWOT, TOWS Matrix, and Balanced Scorecard. The stages of research are using STEEP to analyze the situation and external advantages of intangible cultural heritage research base institution, determine the Strategy formulation and strategy position with SWOT analysis and TOWS Matrix, identify strategy objectives in the Balanced Scorecard framework, then achieve the development of performance indicators (KPIs). |
