Abstract: Graduates should be developed to have identity with management skills for developing themselves creative and beneficial for Lanna community. This study is in the research and development design with 3 purposes: 1) to synthesize identity concepts of hands-on graduates at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, 2) to form the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, and 3) to propose the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The implementation was divided into 4 phases. Phase 1 was to synthesize identity development concepts of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna whereas Phase 2 was to form the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. Phase 3 was concerned with traials of the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community; and finally, Phase 4 was the use assessment of the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The identity development model was used with 40 students who registered in GEBSO 101: Sufficiency Economy and Wisdom of Living in the first semester of the 2019 academic year. The students were selected with the purposive sampling, and the identity development model of hands-on graduates was integrated in class lessons. The used instruments included lesson plans, assessment form of student identity on management skills; and then the data were analyzed quantitatively in percentage, means, standard deviation, and qualitatively in content analysis. Results of the Study 1. The resulting model from the identity development of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna was LAMAI Model which included the principles of experiential learning and action learning, leading to graduate identity with management skills. The purposes were for students to develop their identity through inclusive learning for Lanna community as well as to gain management skills conforming to the academic guidelines of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The university guidelines focused on hands-on graduates for community on the basis of community innovation in 5 steps: Step 1 Lanna Community Based Analysis (L), Step 2 Action Learning (A), Step 3 Management skills (M), Step 4 after Actions Reviews (A), and Step 5 Inclusive Learning for Community (I). 2. Regarding the use assessment of the identity development model of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology, the model was congruent to 5 lesson plans for the identity development of hands-on graduates for community at the “much” level of the overall plan. The overall model of the identity development of hands-on graduates for community was at the “much” level of appropriateness. The identity of hands-on graduates for community on technical skills, human relation skills, and conceptual skills were found at the “good” level of all lesson plans. The overall result after the lessons for identity development of hands-on graduates for community at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna was at the “much” level.
