Abstract: The purpose of this research were 1) to study guidelines for learning management in statistical literacy in knowledge aspect through Realistic Mathematics Education Approach and 2) to study statistical literacy in knowledge aspect of grade 11 students learning through Realistic Mathematics Education Approach. Target group of this research were 43 grade 11 students at Wattanothai Payap School, Meaung District, Chiang Mai Province in the second semester of the academic year 2019. Research instruments were lesson plans, statistic literacy test and teacher’s field note. Data were analyzed by percentage and content analysis. The results showed that 1) guidelines for learning management characteristic of problem that support students use real world situations to improve their statistical literacy was the problem that motivate students to learn from their previous experiences and give them the opportunity to have a variety of ways to solve problems. Teacher had responsibility to allow students to express their opinions, use informative media and compare different opinions in the discussion. 2) The level of each statistic literacy elements showed that 1) Literacy Skills, 90.70 percent of students, were able to accurately and completely answer the questions 2) Statistical Knowledge 67.44, percent of students able to use the statistics data to answer questions correctly 3) Mathematical Knowledge, 53.49 percent of students could not found the correct answer, but performed mathematical process 4) Context Knowledge, 55.81 percent of students able to choose statistics in appropriate situations through personal opinions and 5) Critical Questions, 48.84 percent of students able to answer given information reliability question without giving statistical reasoning.
