การพัฒนาการป้องกันการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียน

Abstract

การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเป็นปัญหาสำคัญทางสาธารณสุขทั่วโลก และมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการป้องกันการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอล กอฮอล์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของ โคเฮ็นและอัพฮอฟ และศึกษาผลของการป้องกันต่อความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทักษะการปฏิเสธการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และความตั้งใจในการไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มพัฒนาการป้องกันการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู ผู้นำชุมชน เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ผู้ปกครอง และตัวแทนนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น รวม 18 คน และ 2) กลุ่มผู้เข้าร่วมการป้องกันการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอล กอฮอล์ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 66 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แผนพัฒนาการป้องกันการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียน แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิเสธการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และแบบวัดความตั้งใจในการไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบค่าทีที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน และการทดสอบด้วยวิธีวิลค๊อกสัน แมชแพร์ ไซน์แรงค์

Alcohol consumption among secondary school students is a major public health problem worldwide and its trend increases continuously. This developmental research designaimed to develop alcohol drinking prevention among secondary school students using schoolparticipation. It was based on the participation concept of Cohen and Uphoff andto determinethe effects of alcohol drinking prevention toward students’ knowledge, alcohol drinking refusal skills, and intention not to drink alcohol. The samples in this study consisted of; 1) the alcohol drinking prevention development group, who were a school director, teachers, community leaders, public health personnel, parents, representatives of secondary schoolstudents (altogether 18 people), and 2) the alcohol drinking prevention participants, who were66 secondary school students from an Opportunity Expansion School. The study instruments comprised of a developmental plan for alcohol drinking prevention among secondary schoolstudents using school participation, alcohol knowledge test, alcohol drinking refusal skills test,and intention not to drink alcohol test.
