The results revealed that 1) The Comprehensive Humanization characteristic for higher education students has 3 aspects which are 1) the Comprehensive Humanization characteristic in Behavioral side, the students should know the rights and duties of oneself and others, understand oneself and others, understand the differences in the society and conserve the environment. Most of students satisfied the course outline used CELER Model at high and the highest level in each course outline, and they satisfied the fourth course outline at the highest level in each step. When classified by step, it found that 84.38 percent of students satisfied Step L: Learning for living at the highest level (xˉ 4.84, SD 0.36) which was higher than other steps. The results from opinion survey and focus group discussion of students also found that CELER Model can strengthen students to have positive attitude, understand oneself and others, work with others smoothly, have creativity, and able to solve problems in complicated situation; those characteristics are Soft skills that are important skills in the 21st century. As the Behavioral characteristic, students reflected that they had the change during the use of CELER Model.
