dc.description.abstract© 2020 IEEE. Creativity have been identified as an important ability to perceive the world in new ideas to make connections between phenomena. Many researchers generates solution in the area of creativity for the past century. According to the increasingly level of global, creativity is the process of bringing connectivity and new opportunities for acquiring multicultural experiences into being. Moreover, enhanced creativity has been shown to be one of the positive impacts of Multicultural Experiences (MCEs). However, current findings fall short of distinguishing different types of multicultural experiences towards the end of identifying which specific experiences enhance creativity. Many researchers indicate that multicultural interactions rather than exposures are associated with enhanced creative thinking. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to study on an overview of creativity in multicultural approach. Moreover, this research brings together the key factors that influence creativity. As a result, this study will later be used to explore how creativity is connected in Multicultural Experiences.en_US
