รูปแบบการดำเนินงานการดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาว โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลท่ากว้าง อำเภอสารภี จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ นวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ในสถาน บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ คือ รูปแบบการดำเนินงานการดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาว โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุข ภาพตำบลท่ากว้าง อำเภอสารภี จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ บทบาทการดำเนินงานโดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ตามยุทธศาสตร์ 5 ประการ ตามกฎบัตรออตตาวาเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างนโยบายสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพ 2) การสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการมีสุขภาพดี 3) การสร้างชุมชนเข้มแข็ง 4) การพัฒนาทักษะส่วนบุคคล และ 5) การปรับระบบบริการสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีและส่งผลลัพธ์ที่ดีในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพให้แก่ ประชาชนในพื้นที่

This article analyzes health promotion innovation in the Northern Thailand primary level facility titled “Tha Kwang Model Long Term Care for the Elderly, Tha Kwang Health Care Center, Ampher Saraphi, Chiang Mai Province”. The nurses’ roles are based on the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion and are defined according to the following five points: 1) Build healthy public policy, 2) Create supportive environments for the public, 3) Strengthen community actions, 4) Develop personal skills, and 5) Reorient health services. This health promotion innovation successfully promoted the health of the target population.
