มุมมองของนักศึกษาในการประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอน กระบวนวิชาการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชน

Abstract

การจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นกระบวนการที่ต้องมีการเตรียมและดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง การได้ข้อคิดเห็นจากมุมมองนักศึกษาทำให้ผู้สอนทราบถึงปัญหากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งจะนำสู่การพัฒนาให้เกิดการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยให้ผู้เรียนต่อไป การวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามุมมองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ต่อการประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนกระบวนวิชาการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 4 เลือกเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 36 คนที่ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติกระบวนวิชานี้แล้ว รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการจัดหมวดหมู่เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษาต้องการให้มีการปรับปรุงการปฐมนิเทศ วิธีการสอนในบางเรื่อง รวมถึง การปรับอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการฝึกปฏิบัติให้มีความทันสมัย ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยคือ การปฐมนิเทศปรับให้มีความชัดเจนการเตรียมพื้นที่และเตรียมนักศึกษาให้มากขึ้น ควรมีอาจารย์เป็นตัวแทนในการสรุปขั้นตอนการทำงานให้ศึกษาเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจมากขึ้น ปรับครอบครัวในการเยี่ยมบ้านให้ชัดเจน ปรับการเขียนรายงาน พิจารณาการเปลี่ยนกระเป๋าเยี่ยมให้ทันสมัย มีความสะดวกในการใช้ ปรับอุปกรณ์ในการตรวจร่างกายให้เหมาะสมและทันสมัย ซึ่งข้อเสนอแนะจากมุมมองของนักศึกษาจะได้นำมาปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

The management in teaching and learning is a process that should have the continuous preparation and implementation. The opinions from student’s perspective give the teacher to know the problems in learning process leading to develop the learning management. This descriptive research in the classroom aims to study the perspectives of 4th year nursing students in 2557 on the evaluation of the teaching and learning management in the community health nursing course. Purposive sampling group composes of the 36 students from the 4th year nursing students who passed this practicalcourse. The data collection was performed by the focus group and these data were analyzed and categorized. The results showed that students required the improvement in the orientation, teaching methods using in some topic and needed the equipment that are up to date. The suggestion for this research consisted of the orientation should be clear in the preparation of community area and the students have to well prepare, the teachers would be a representative for the conclusion of workflow in order to more understanding, the family choosing have to more clearly, adjust the report’s writing, consider the home visiting’s bag to be up to date and convenience, physical examination tools should be also up to date. These suggestions from student’s perspective will lead to the improvement of the teaching and learning management.
