การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้แบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บด้านทักษะการตรวจครรภ์สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การเรียนรู้แบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบผู้ใหญ่และการพัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บด้านทักษะทางคลินิก การตรวจครรภ์ และประเมินประสิทธิผลของการใช้สื่อดังกล่าวในนักศึกษาพยาบาลปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน52 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองเท่ากันกลุ่มละ 26 ราย เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มควบคุมก่อนกลุ่มทดลอง โดยนักศึกษาภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 อยู่ในกลุ่มควบคุม นักศึกษาภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 อยู่ในกลุ่มทดลองผู้วิจัยพัฒนาสื่อตามขั้นตอนของทาคอร์และแม็คมาฮ็อน (Thakore & McMahon, 2006) คือ ระบุวัตถุประสงค์ของการเรียนรู้ ออกแบบเนื้อหา จัดทำสื่อประสมตามวัตถุประสงค์ และประเมินผล สื่อจัดทำผ่านเว็บบน google sites ประกอบด้วยวีดีทัศน์การตรวจครรภ์พร้อมเสียงบรรยาย ภาพนิ่งตัวอักษรและภาพวาดการตรวจครรภ์ มีคำถามและการเฉลยคำตอบให้เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองได้ทันที กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสองกลุ่มได้รับการสอนและฝึกปฏิบัติการตรวจครรภ์เป็นระยะเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มทดลองได้ใช้สื่อที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น หลังการทดลองมีการประเมินทักษะการตรวจครรภ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สื่อแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บด้านทักษะการตรวจครรภ์บน google site ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถใช้สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล คะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการตรวจครรภ์ของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001)

An interactive web-based learning helps promote adult learning and the 21st century’s skills. This quasi-experimental research aimed to develop web-based learning on abdominal assessment skill and to evaluate the effectiveness of the meterials in the 3rd year undergraduatenursing students. Fifty-two participants were assigned to the control group and the experimentgroup, with 26 subjects in each group. The students in the 1st semester were in the control group and the students in the 2nd semester were in the experiment group. The researchers had developed the multimedia based on the steps of Thakore and McMahon (2006),consistingof the following processess: identifying the educational objective, designing the content, building or creating multimedia material relevant to the educational objectives, and the evaluating. The multimedia was on google sites, including video, sound, slide shows, text, and graphics of the steps of abdominal assessment. There were questions and answers for the students’ self- learning process inmediately. Subjects in both groups received instruction and practice in abdominal assessment skills for 5 weeks. The experiment group has used the media. After the program, both group were evaluated on abdominal assessment skills in the laboratory. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t test. The results showed that: The interactive web-based learning on abdominal assessment skill on the google site developed by the researcher can be used for nursing students. The mean score of abdominal assessment skills of the experiment group after receiving the program was statistically significant higher than the control group (p <.001). The finding of this study suggest that the interactive web-based learning on abdominal assessment skill increased clinical skills among nursing students. Therefore this interactive web-based learning should be used in teaching, learning and practice in prenatal clinic to promote effective self-learning of nursing students.
