Abstract: Developing information system for Sales Management of Lampang Chaisiri Limited Partnership has an objective to study the development of information system for sale management for Lampang Chaisiri Partnership. The research was approached by studying the concept of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Data Flow Diagram. The data was collected by using the Semi-structured in-depth interview with managers and employees who were related to the sales system. The data was also collected by observing the sales system. The result of the analysis was report as the study showed that the company’s sales structure had eight people who were related in the sales system. The eight people are three managers, one accountant, two sales employees and two delivery employees. Through the current system analysis found that there were two requirements of information system, which were 1) Sales information system required a new clearer procedure management. Orders should be recorded through the information system. The system should be simple and not complicated to use. The procedure with new information system should help employees to work easily and should not bring more burdens to employees. It also should be able to check the working data in retrospect. The new system should have fully functional functions. During a sales, there should be attached documents, time records. Orders and payments checking should be available. There should have the sales data and payment available for comparison in the daily report. 2) Report of sales information system required to have a daily report, history report and customer report. There were three steps to redesign the information system, which were 1) Developing data flow diagram. It was a model of how the system works from the requirements of information system. 2) Designing computer system by using one computer with Stand-Alone information system then used Microsoft Office 365 Access as a tool to develop information system. 3) Designing database structure by using data flow diagram of new sales system to design the database structure with the Relation Database Model feature. System Implemented in 2 phrases, which were 1) Testing the whole system which occurred after the information system’s design was already finished. Then run the testing with the users and the developer together. 2) Applying the system. The system was applied by using Parallel Operation. When comparing data from the old system (recorded with account book) to the new information system, found that both of the data matched without any error. That confirmed that the system is efficient and could be operated without any mistake. The system also works on the job training for the user to understand and decreases of errors that could happen. So far the system works like it supposed to be, based from the design. So for the maintenance future plan, since there are events that could happen in the future, the developer will be regularly checking the system along with the need of user and manager. The developer would develop information system to meet the need of the user.
