Abstract

การสร้างครอบฟันบนฟันหลักของฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้มีความแตกต่างจากการสร้างครอบฟันทั่วไป การวางแผนการรักษาและการกรอแต่งฟันหลักต้องคำนึงถึงส่วนประกอบและแนวการถอดใส่ของฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ แต่การทำครอบฟันเพื่อรองรับฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ที่ยาก คือการทำครอบฟันเพื่อรองรับฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ที่มีอยู่เดิม บทความนี้นำเสนอวิธีการสร้างครอบฟันเพื่อรองรับฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ที่ทำขึ้นใหม่และฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ที่มีอยู่เดิมหลายวิธีทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมรวมทั้งข้อเสียของวิธีต่างๆ และวิธีที่ประหยัดเวลาในการทำ

The construction of crowns for abutments of removable partial dentures is different from that of crowns in general. The treatment plan and the abutment preparation must be considered in terms of the components and path of insertion of the removable partial denture. The more difficult aspect of surveyed crowns is the construction of the new crown for the existing removable partial denture. This article presents procedures to fabricate surveyed crowns and various techniques, direct and indirect, in fabricating crowns for existing removable partial dentures including potential errors and methods which save chair time.
