ผลการอบรมหลักสูตรจิตบำบัดเด็กสำหรับนักจิตวิทยาในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการอบรมหลักสูตรจิตบำบัดเด็กด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะสำหรับนักจิตวิทยาในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรจิตบำบัดเด็กสำหรับนักจิตวิทยาในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน แบบประเมินความรู้ แบบประเมินเจตคติ และแบบสังเกตทักษะในการทำจิตบำบัดเด็ก ทำการประเมิน 3 ระยะ คือ ก่อนการอบรม หลังการอบรม และหลังการอบรม 3 เดือน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ การทดสอบวิลคอกซัน แบบอันดับที่มีเครื่องหมาย และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะในการทำจิตบำบัดในเด็ก จากการประเมินตนเอง หลังการอบรมสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 และเมื่อติดตามผลเฉพาะด้านทักษะหลังการอบรม 3 เดือน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนด้านทักษะในการทำจิตบำบัดเด็ก จากการประเมินของผู้วิจัยสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนการอบรมและหลังการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01

The objective of this research was to study the effect of child psychotherapy training programme on knowledge, attitude and skills in child psychotherapy for psychologists in primary care hospital. Fifteen psychologists in primary care hospitals were recruited by using purposive sampling. Materials and methods used to gather data were questionnaires about knowledge level, attitude level, and observation questionnaire on skill level. Evaluations were conducted with participants before and after the training programme, and after three monthsafter the completion of program. Data were analysed by the wilcoxon matched pairs signed-ranks testand one-way repeated measures ANOVA. Results from self-report questionnaires showed that the knowledge, attitude, and the skills of participants, after attending the training programme, were statistically significant higher than before attending the training programme at .01. After the three months’ follow up, the skills score of participants observed by researchers was statistically significant higher than before and after attending the training programme at .01.
