The objective of this study is to explain the incidence of overeducation in Thai labor market. Using the correspondence between ISCO occupational titles and ISCED educational levels by OECD, the likelihood of overeducation is subject to the level of education and the field of study. Workers with college degree in social science have accounted for the largest proportion of the overeducated employees and workers with tertiary degree in medicine and those with non-tertiary in science are the least likely to suffer from overeducation.en_US
