| dc.description.abstract | Beta-lactam เป็นยาต้านจุลชีพสําหรับรักษาการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรียกลุ่มที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุด ในเวชปฏิบัติจะพบผู้ป่วย ที่มีประวัติแพ้ยา beta-lactam ได้บ่อย และมักจะต้องหยุดการใช้ยากลุ่มนี้ การวินิจฉัยการแพ้ยาที่ผิดพลาด โดยอาศัยจากประวัติเพียงอย่างเดียว นําไปสู่ปัญหาการใช้ยาที่ไม่เหมาะสม มีราคาแพงขึ้น ประสิทธิภาพลดลง ผลข้างเคียงมากขึ้น และอาจทําให้เกิดปัญหาจุลชีพดื้อยาได้ พบว่าผู้ป่วยทีมีประวัติแพ้ยา beta-lactam มาก ถึงร้อยละ 90 หากได้รับการตรวจยืนยันเพื่อวินิจฉัยการแพ้ยาอย่างเหมาะสมแล้ว จะสามารถกลับมาใช้ยาได้ อย่างปลอดภัย วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความนี้เพื่อรวบรวมหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์สําหรับเป็นแนวทางในการ ประเมินผู้ป่วยที่แพ้ยา beta-lactam ในเวชปฏิบัติ | en_US |
